Add - grecord-gcc-switches

Issue

• It would be useful to see all enabled options, if that were made available through an additional switch or subswitch.
• Users have a challenge in when they only keep some versions of the compiler around and it is non-trivial to install multiple simultaneous versions of the compilers.
• Object files and libraries might not be rebuilt every time they roll a compiler forward.
• Therefore it would be easier from a maintenance point of view to put up with the extra kb of debug info than have to worry about digging through the archives on a sat server to reinstall the exact version of the compiler that generated that particular problematic object file.
