autofs: autofs hangs mounting /dev/pts
Issue
- /dev/pts automounts successfully in RHEL 7.4
- Trying to mount /dev/pts via autofs hangs in RHEL 7.5 and later.
- A
# lsaccessing the automounted path shows the process is stuck inautofs4_wait - Manually mounting /dev/pts under a different directory does not hang in RHEL 7.5 and later.
