Unable to add rhevm channel on rhev manager.

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Yum repository not available for Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4
  • We have a host with RHEVM 3.1 installed and updated
  • All subscriptions are valid and active
  • Now we are going to upgrade to RHEVM 3.2 but I am unable to see the rhel-6-server-rhevm-3.2-rpms repository

  • Unable to add rhevm channel on the rhevm machine.

  • I'm trying to enable the rhel-6-server-rhevm-3.3-rpms repository in order to upgrade our rhevm install to 3.3. Unfortunately the repo can't be found and it is not added as I would expect with the following command:
yum-config-manager --enable rhel-6-server-rhevm-3.3-rpms
  • Tried deleting /etc/yum.repos.d/redhat.repo and running:
# subscription-manager refresh
# subscription-manager repos
  • I have installed RHEV-H onto our servers successfully using the 3.4 version of RHEV-M
  • the problem seems to be that it is not finding the server-rpms and server-supplementary rpms.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 and 6.5
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4
