No statedump output
Issue
A statedump is run on a client glusterfs process:
[root@client01 ~]# ps -ef | grep glusterfs | awk '{print $2}'
[root@client01 ~]# kill -USR1 <pid>
The statedump output is expected in the /var/run/gluster directory, but there is none.
