Unable to activate gluster storage domain under RHEV 3.2 with RHS 2.0 update 5

Issue

  • I am currently having a problem getting a gluster based data store to work under RHEV 3.2.
  • My storage nodes have been built using RHS 2.0 update 5.
  • All steps work up to the point of trying to activate the storage domain - at that stage the activation through the GUI fails.
  • If I look in the engine.log on the RHEV manager I find the following error:
