tg3 driver does not function properly on Broadcom bcm5715 Network Adapter in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3

Issue

• After updating the kernel to the 6.3 kernel (2.6.32-279.el6) the tg3 driver is not loading for the Broadcom bcm5715 Network Adapter.
• The following messages are logged:
