sosreport is taking a long time on a system which has numerous namespaces or files.

Issue

• Generating a sosreport on our systems takes on average between 5-8 hours. However, this should not take more than 15 minutes. When deactivating the cgroups plugin, it takes just 6 minutes to generate a normal sosreport.
• When running sosreport with the cgroup plugin enabled on OpenShift Node, we can see that cgroup plugin takes a lot of time to complete.
