Static routes loaded on system boot are not in the routing table after a `service network restart`
Issue
- Static routes that are set on system boot, do no appear after restarting the network service.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Custom script to set static routes in rc.local to be run on boot.
