Is it possible to install OpenSSH 7.8 on RHEL ?

- How can I upgrade OpenSSH 7.4 to 7.8 on RHEL Machines?
- Is it possible to upgrade the installed OpenSSH Packages to their upstream release versions?
- Due to recently flagged vulnerability the security scanner recommends upgrading to OpenSSH 8.8
