Can you give me an example of how to create SNMP trap for low memory in JBoss?

I've setup the log4j config such to display TRACE messages but the SNMP agent doesn't display any message, as if it didn't receive any JMX notification. I would need a sample of how to notify the snmp agent. For example, given the default configuration in files like attributes.mib, attributes.xml, notifications.xml, I'd need a code sample notifying a free memory change notification. Could you please provide such a sample as otherwise I don't figure out things.
