"bash install_ocp.sh" fails with "ERROR: Cannot create remote resource fuse-online-operator.yml"

Issue

• bash install_ocp.shfails with the following error:

  bash install_ocp.sh
  ......
  *Deploying Syndesis operator*
  *ERROR: Cannot create remote resource
  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/syndesisio/fuse-online-install/1.6.20/resources/fuse-online-operator.yml
  <https://raw.githubusercontent.com/syndesisio/fuse-online-install/1.6.20/resources/fuse-online-operator.yml>*
  

• If the old syndesis-extra-permissions roles exist and we run a new version of bash install_ocp.sh --grant developer, the script does not update the existing roles.
