How to update SSL cert in overcloud? - Manually...!

Issue

Overcloud SSL cert is going to be expired. Can not update the SSL cert by following

```
Is there any manual way to update the SSL cert by updating some conf files, (i,e /etc/pki/tls/private/overcloud_endpoint.pem)?
