Cluster service groups stuck in 'recovering' state

Issue

  • Noticed almost 4 of the cluster service groups are in recovering stage and tried to disable/enable them with no luck:

    $ clustat
[...]
 service:service1       none        recovering
 service:service2       none        recovering
 service:service3       none        recovering
 service:service4       none        recovering

  • Is there anyway that we can try to make it online without impacting the other resource groups in teh cluseters?
