Kickstart install hangs when installing HP Management packages on RHEL 6

Issue

In Kickstart deployments for new HP Systems the HP packages and an HP repository are included to install the HP Systems Management software. When the package for HP Systems Management Homepage is installed, the system will not proceed beyond the following errors:
