Issue
- Unable to download packages through the RHN Proxy with error 500 and apache logs with "OSError Permission denied"
- error 500s when trying to download packages with
/var/log/http/*error_logdisplaying
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/spool/rhn-proxy/list'
-or-
OSError: [Errno 17] File exists: '/var/spool/rhn-proxy/list'
