Ceph mgr failover not happening due to crash in prometheus module in containerized RHCS
Issue
- Why standby mgr fail to takeover after stopping the active ceph mgr ?
- The ceph mgr stuck in send_beacon active and crashes with error
ENGINE Shutting down due to error in start listener.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.6
- Docker 1.13.1-94
- Red Hat Ceph Storage 3.2
