goferd client gets disconnected with 'local-idle-timeout expired' despite all connectivity is verified
Issue
goferdon a Satellite's or Capsule's client fails to connect toqdrouterd, resulting in inability to install an errata/package via katello agent to this client/hostgoferdestablishes TCP connection but got stuck on it, logging'local-idle-timeout expired'error after 10 seconds - see/var/log/messages
