yum fails with [Errno -1] Package does not match intended download when installing or updating packages from Satellite 6 or Capsule server

Issue

• When attempting to install or update a package from Satellite server, it fails with following error.

[Errno -1] Package does not match intended download. Suggestion: run yum --enablerepo=rhel-7-server-rhvh-4-rpms clean metadata
Trying other mirror.


Error downloading packages:
  redhat-virtualization-host-image-update-4.2-20190416.1.el7_6.noarch: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
