Is it possible to test rules with date-effective/date-expires attributes on kie-server ?

Issue

I have rules that valid period is defined by date-effective/date-expires attributes and want to test the rule on kie-server (not by Decision Central Test Scenario).
Is it possible to test it even though current date and time is out of that valid period?
