Not proxyable bean deployment error on EAP 7.2.1

Issue

• If an exlicit bean archive (the META-INF contains an empty beans.xml) contains a POJO without any Bean defining annotation and only a private default Constructor has for example a @NotNull annotation, the deployment of that module fails with:
