'Messages acknowledged' can exceed 'Messages added' for an anycast address

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

For an Artemis 'anycast' address, the metric Messages acknowledged broadly indicates the number of messages consumed by clients. It should not, in normal circumstances, exceed the number of messages added to the address. However, when message delivery is part of a transaction that rolls back, Messages acknowledged can be larger than Messages added, which seems illogical.
