How to pull the swapped pages back into physical memory?

After the server suffered from memory pressure, it may swap out some memory pages to the swap partition. But after the memory pressure is gone, the swapped-out pages would not come back to physical memory immediately. Why?

And how can we pull them back into physical memory?
