Why does yum fail to install a number of debuginfo packages from the python27 and python36 modules in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8?

Overview
Due to an unforeseen technical issue, a number of debuginfo packages are missing from the end python27 and python36 modules. The specific debuginfo packages missing at this time are the following:
- python3-bson-debuginfo-3.6.1-9.module+el8.0.0+2966+d39a1df3
- python3-pymongo-debuginfo-3.6.1-9.module+el8.0.0+2966+d39a1df3
- python2-bson-debuginfo-3.6....
