How RHDG behaves with enable passivation for cache store

Issue

  • When passivation should be enabled
  • There is a massive slow down if the memory limit is reached and entries are evicted based on the memory size
  • Sporadically high disc access during eviction
  • RHDG 7.1 is no longer responsible sometimes if LevelDB store with passivation=true is used
