Remote execution does not create output files within remote_working_dir on the target server

Issue

• In Red Hat Satellite 6.2 when executing a remote job, a directory named foreman-ssh-cmd-<long-alpha-numeric-id> e.g. foreman-ssh-cmd-f1b4963b-be62-4434-a36f-80adcfabc1123 is created inside the remote_working_dir(default is /var/tmp) on the target host. In Red Hat Satellite 6.4 this directory is not being created.
