Server is down - network connectivity lost

Issue

• Rebooted the server, networking is down
• Can't ping server at all
• Can't ssh to server
• Networking interfaces are static and are up with IP addresses
• Can access the services from the machine itself, the website the server hosts is available from the servers web browser.
