Printing changed - orientation of PDFs incorrect

Issue

• After updating to the latest version of RHEL 5, the reports don't print properly. The reports are generated as a PDF, with the first page in landscape and the second page portrait. What is happening now is that the second page is printing in landscape.
• I have a PDF which both ghostscript and evince will display the first page as landscape and the second page as portrait. However, when I print the document using lp, both pages are printed portrait.
