Can not find package in customer portal, but running a 'yum search' on the system shows that it is available

Issue

We are looking in the customer portal for RHEL 5 packages like "mingw32-gcc-c++.i386" and other related mingw32 in i386.
When running yum local on the system it seems to be available, but unfortunately on the web interface (in menu "packages") there is only one available for RHEL 6 architecture X86_64.
