JBoss DataVirtualization 6.4 Update 07 requires Update 06 be applied

JBoss DataVirtualization 6.4 Updates 01 through 06 included all prior updates, which increased the download size. To alleviate the large download size, JBoss DataVirtualization 6.4 Update 07 will only include Update 07 and requires applying Update 06 before applying 07.
