How to set image format for `oc adm diagnostics`?

Issue

  • oc adm diagnostics does not respect imageConfig configured master-config.yml to override the default registry.redhat.io but still attempts to download the required images from registry.redhat.io and not from the registry configured in imageConfig on all the masters and the nodes.
