Container fails to start, "Can't set task name /dev/mapper/dockervg-docker--pool" in the node logs
Issue
- It may occur that the gluster container of Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage (OCS) deletes device mapper symlinks used by the docker thin pool.

- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Storage (OCS) 3.11
