MySQL is generating crashed errors with InnoDB tables

Issue

• mysqld is generating errors similar to the below:

     /var/log/mysqld.log - [ERROR] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Table '_dbname/tablename_' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
     InnoDB: Warning: purge reached the head of the history list,
     InnoDB: but its length is still reported as XXXXX! Make a detailed bug
     InnoDB: report, and post it to bugs.mysql.com
