How to log response time in the microseconds time unit in JBoss EAP 7

- How do I enable access logging with a response time in the microseconds time unit on JBoss EAP 7?
- I have Apache httpd in front of JBoss EAP 7. I would like to log a response time in the same time unit on both Apache httpd and JBoss EAP 7. Apache httpd supports
%T(in seconds) and%D(in microseconds), but JBoss EAP 7 supports%T(in seconds) and%D(in milliseconds != microseconds). So, is it possible to log a response time in the microseconds time unit in JBoss EAP 7?
