If an issue is reported and a bugzilla gets created, for which minor releases of RHEL will errata get released?

Problems which resulted in a bz, and are fixed in RHEL 6.2/6.3 or 6.4 (for example bugzilla 910373, 842757 or 883643) are not fixed as RHEL 6.1.z errata. What is the scheme, when are errata released for a minor release?
