Support of mod_auth_openidc in JBCS httpd

Issue

  • The mod_auth_openidc was installed through yum install to be used in the Apache provided by JBoss Core Services. Getting the following error:

    AH00526: Syntax error on line 151 of $JBCS_HOME/conf/httpd.conf: Unknown Authz provider: valid-user

  • Does Red Hat support usage of mod_auth_openidc with JBCS httpd

  • Red Hat JBoss Web Server (JWS)
    • 3.0.x
  • JBoss Core Service (JBCS)
    • httpd 2.4.x
    • mod_auth_openidc module
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
    • 7.x, 8.x,9.x
