How to change logs folder location in logging.properties in JBoss EWS Tomcat 7

- For jboss-ews-2.0/tomcat7/conf/logging.properties, what is the syntax to change the logs directory from :
${catalina.base}/logs
to:
/var/log/tomcat-logs ?
