Ambiguous destination error on initialization a qpid client
Issue
An "Ambiguous address, please specify queue or topic as node type" error is reported by the broker after an attempt to connect to a topic exchange from either client (Java or C++).
The error happens intermittently while it is not seen when connecting to a different broker running on a different host using the same client code and configuration.
