RHEV Manager warns about server load when there is plenty of capacity

On a HP DL980 with 80 CPUs and 768GB RAM. When there were over 70 guests on the RHEL-H, the RHEV-M colored the Load orange - supposedly indicating that the host was approaching capacity. The host had a load average of 3, and plenty of memory available.
