Can reposync synchronize local repos on RHEL 8?
Issue
-reposync can not sync from local repos.
- Attempting to use reposync with a local repository gives an exit code of 0, but does not sync the given path.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- dnf-utils-2.1.5-2.el8+5.noarch
