Retrieving JBoss EAP running port via JBoss CLI

Issue

We are automating the profiles creation, server-groups, and server in a JBoss EAP environment. As we are changing the off-set port and using AJP connection we need to retrieve the port that's being used so we may create an AJP proxy in the servers. Until now I was able to identify the server-group binding and the offset. Is there any way to retrieve the ports being used by the server via CLI?
