Router is not running after deleted `ROUTER_METRICS_TYPE`
Issue
With OpenShift 3.11, the HAProxy Router statistics is not accessible by default.
In order to enable it, ROUTER_METRICS_TYPE should be deleted from DeploymentConfig (Refer - official doc)
However, after deleting it, the router is not running because of readiness failure.
How can I make it run?
