Satellite virt-who configuration tool adds lowercase "no_proxy=*" to /etc/sysconfig/virt-who rather than uppercase

Issue

  • Creating a virt-who configuration in Satellite 6 results in lower case no_proxy=* being added to /etc/sysconfig/virt-who.
  • /etc/sysconfig/virt-who contains lowercase no_proxy=*
  • virt-who configuration file contains no_proxy rather than NO_PROXY
  • no_proxy in virt-who configuration file
  • Creating a virt-who configuration in Satellite 6 with an asterisk("*") in the "Ignore Proxy" field does not work as expected.
