  • Unable to login at console for ALL IDs including root.
  • Error shown on screen during boot up :
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: line 34: fstab_decode_str:command not found
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: line 268: update_boot_stage:command not found
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: line 304: action : command not found
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: line 317: strstr: command not found
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: line 329: strstr: command not found
