How to trigger Hot Deployment in JBoss EAP?

Issue

  • We deploy our applications in exploded form:
  • If I run touch on a class file within the WEB-INF/classes directory, the app does not restart.
  • However I cannot figure out how to get the server to see changes to .class files and hot deploy the application
