Some of the Qpid Proton C++ samples do not build on RHEL 6.x
Issue
Some of the test samples provided with Qpid Proton 0.26.0, most notably those that demonstrate multi-threaded operation, do not build with the stock GCC C++ compiler on RHEL 6.x. You might see compiler errors like this:
multithreaded_client.cpp: undefined reference to proton::work_queue::add(proton::internal::v11::work)
