EAP 7 host controller is not discovered due to "Failed to load host configuration from [/path/to/the/configuration/host.xml]" error

Issue

• EAP host controller is not discovered due to Failed to load host configuration from [/path/to/the/configuration/host.xml] error;
• The agent cannot discover EAP because it by default searches for host.xml not host-slave.xml;
• Is there any way how to tell the agent to parse the configuration from host-slave.xml file?

• EAP host controller not discovered and the following message is logged in the agent.log file:

  ERROR [ResourceDiscoveryComponent.invoker.daemon-471] (rhq.modules.plugins.wildfly10.BaseProcessDiscovery)- Discovery of a EAP7 Host Controller Resource failed for process: pid=[...], name=[...], ppid=[...] - cause: java.lang.Exception: Failed to load host configuration from [/path/to/the/configuration/host.xml].
