"Element {http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee}jboss is not bound as a global element." error in JBoss EAP 5

Issue

• Migrating from JBoss EAP 4.3 to JBoss EAP 5.2, and when deploying the apps we get many errors like this:

  ERROR [org.jboss.kernel.plugins.dependency.AbstractKernelController] (main) Error installing to Parse: name=vfsfile:/usr/local/jboss/server/all/deploy/test.jar/ state=PreParse mode=Manual requiredState=Parse
