rsyslogd does not recieve a message at specific NIC
Issue
- From tcpdump, the messages is reaching to eth0 (xxx.23.35.108), but rsyslogd does not receive the message.
- rsyslog client: Cisco2960:xxx.23.49.250
- rsyslog server: eth0 (xxx.23.35.108), eht1 (xxx.23.48.108)
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3
- kernel 2.6.32-358.0.1.el6.x86_64
- rsyslog-5.8.10-6.el6.x86_64
