How to configure Virt-who for multiple organizations

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

We have a vCenter with servers belonging to two different Organizations within our company.
We currently have virt-who configured to query on behalf of one of those organizations. The virtwho user that logs into vCenter can only see the servers related to that organization.
My question is, to configure the 2nd Organization in virt-who - do I need to create a 2nd user in vCenter to see the servers for the 2nd Organization? Or do I just open up the permissions in vCenter for the original user? If the answer is the later, then how do I assign hosts to separate organizations?
