[RHEV] How to install RHEV-2.1 hypevisor on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 system?

Issue

• "Red Hat Enterprise Virt Management Agent (v.5 for x86_64)" channel on Satellite or RHN currenly holds vdsm22 packages which is only compatible with RHEV-2.2. If there is a need to install the hypevisor with RHEV2.1 packages while adding it as a hypervisor in an already existing RHEV2.1 environment, the bootstrap script will look for "vdsm" packages instead of "vdsm22" and the installation would fail if it cannot find "vdsm" packages. How this can be resolved?
